This class is meant for us empaths to gather and talk about our daily struggles and successes. We will go over coping mechanisms and strategies on how to get through everyday life. It's a safe circle to come and vent with other like-minded people as well. Feel

no pressure to talk in the group setting you can come and be a part of the circle and just enjoy the day with other Empaths. Together we will go through a guided meditation to reclaim your power and strength and build up your boundaries to stay focused for

the rest of the week.
