Join Rene for Meditation Mondays – Prepare yourself for the week to come with an evening of breath, relaxation, and meditation.  We will begin the night with centering and balancing breathwork followed by a guided meditation to bring you to a relaxed state of being.  I will close the session with the gong, taking you even deeper into a restorative and restful state.
