In this deeply grounding session your practitioner will play Root chakra crystal singing bowls, and root chakra tuning forks to connect you to grounding frequencies.

We  will use grounding stones around your body and to hold during your  session to further deepen your connection to gaia's energies.

You will receive a sage smudge ritual and Reiki to bless you, cleanse you, and help re-balance body, mind and spirit.
