Start  your Mother’s Day celebration early and treat yourself to an hour of  relaxation with tea, meditation and inspiring conversations.

We’ll  start by connecting to the spirit of the plants used in a special tea  blend made by Patti just for you on this special day. And learn how you  can use them to help keep you calm and focused.

Then we’ll talk about the importance of self-care with some suggestions to help you make this a part of your life.

And  after inhaling a relaxing essential oil, you will be invited to  meditate to the soothing vibrations of a crystal singing pyramid.   And  as you meditate Reiki will also be sent to you.
