Our heart, the center of our body, is so vital to connect us to our life force energy.

But do we always give it the nourishment it needs?

In this class, we’ll discuss using breathwork, essential oils, herbs and foods to help keep your Heart Chakra nourished and balanced physically and emotionally.

We’ll also do a heart opening Qigong exercise anyone can do standing or seated.

And finish with a meditation to nourish and soothe your heart.
