This beautifully relaxing and healing session of mind, body and spirit includes a combination of Reiki, the use of Tuning Forks and Chanting designed to go deep into your soul body and help you release energy frequencies on the cellular level that are not serving you.

Tuning forks are used for healing as a key aspect of sound and  vibrational healing therapy. This alternative form of therapy involves  using specific pitches, sounds and vibrations to relieve stress, relieve  pain and bring about homeostatis within the body.
