Ohm Throat Chakra Practices with Dawn Starr

Monday January 18th, Ohm Throat Chakra Practices with Dawn Starr, 

4 p.m. $18    

Do you feel like  you have a blockage in your throat chakra? In this class, Dawn Starr  will discuss the many different ways to unblock the throat chakra. We  will pratice a few actions and activities, so please be prepared to go  outside and use your voice. Each person in attendance will receive a  "gifted crystal" from Dawn Starr for the throat chakra. At the end of  class, we will Ohm chant in a circle.
