Ready, Set, Flow is a Chakra balancing movement class  designed to help you connect to your body and the energetic flow of your  emotions.     Through a series of choreographed movement phrases that target the  meridian pathways of the body, paired with specific music to help you  connect more deeply to the Chakra system, you will leave this class  feeling a deeper connection between your body, mind and spirit.     This 60 minute class will require you to move and dance so be sure to bring a towel and water!   Modifications will be shown throughout so every level is welcome.
