This unique class merges three ancient healing modalities- yoga, Reiki, and sound therapy- into one powerful experience. Resonance is suitable for all levels, and is led by Jamie- Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and sound healing practitioner. The interweaving of slow and gentle intuitive movement, energy healing, and sacred sound is a potent combination providing a deeply transformative, inwardly healing practice that harmonizes the body, mind, and soul. We will connect to our bodies and to the Earth, release energetic blockages, and welcome in a sense of empowered embodiment by returning to our own unique frequency and vibration.

Soothing Reiki energy healing is sprinkled throughout the class, along with simple breathwork and meditation. Various sound healing instruments will be used for final relaxation. After bathing in sacred sounds, we will end with a mantra and you will leave feeling energetically aligned, reconnected, grounded, and deeply relaxed. With this marriage of ancient traditions, together we will create an inner resonance of peace that ripples outward into the greater whole.
