Sacred Self Care - Breathwork and Meditation Class.

Every one of us deserves time and space to breathe and be with ourselves. Yet so few of us will create that space or time, which is why this is the perfect class if you need to calm your central nervous system, clear your mind and reconnect with your body. In this class we will consciously and intentionally use our breath, movement, and sound to restore peace and calm into our physical vessels. This is a true self-care devotional practice, one that is sacred in nature, but mundane in its ongoing blessings.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a bolster if you have them as they will make this class a lot more comfortable.
