Burning incense and smudging have been used by many cultures from all over the world for thousands of years.  They are very helpful tools to help clear the room of negative energy.  By invoking the elements of Air and Fire, we can help ourselves and people close to us.

In this class, Kristen will show you the many types and forms of incense, how to handle them safely, the ritual behind them, and when it is appropriate to extinguish them.  We’ll also discuss how to cleanse your sacred items with smoke, as well as how to give offerings.  No smoke and mirrors here!!
