1) You are on your ascension journey seeking a connection to your truest self.

2) You feel empowered to know that Self Care is the ultimate way to nurture your soul during this journey.

3) You recognize that taking the time to honor yourself and your growth is valuable.

So often, we take our time and attention and distract ourselves with experiences that do not fulfil or empower us. Living life on autopilot or without conscious intention can feel mundane, unfulfilled, lonely and ultimately we lose two of our biggest treasures; The Present Moment and Purpose.

Each class will be intuitively guided for the individuals in the group and you will have a different experience each time. During our “Self Care Saturday’s” we will explore ways to master self-love, how to release toxic patterns, how to adjust to being an empath and learn how to become the influencer of the energy in the room vs being influenced by the energy in the room.

As a group we will discuss our success in our ascension journeys, celebrate lessons learned, share chakra balancing tips and end with a guided meditation channeled by Yvette where we will reach new states of conscious awareness.

Each class will focus on different areas of energetic connection and balance.
