Self-Love Guided Meditation with Jen

Join us for an evening of rest and relaxation as you are gently guided to reconnect with the love within. In this meditation we will work to release negativity, self-doubt, insecurity and unworthiness by returning to the deeper truth - that you are enough. 

The intention of this class is to create a compassionate space where you can explore your deepest thoughts and feelings without judgment, then give your inner critic permission to step aside as you give yourself the gifts of self-compassion and loving kindness.
