Join me for a private journey of rest and relaxation as you are gently guided to reconnect with the love within. In this meditation we will work to release negativity, self-doubt, insecurity and unworthiness by returning to the deeper truth - that you are enough. 

The intention of this one-on-one session is to create a compassionate space where you can explore your deepest thoughts and feelings without judgment, then give your inner critic permission to step aside as you give yourself the gifts of self-compassion and loving kindness.
