Shadow  Work is a term coined from Carl Jung that has been used long before him  to heal one’s “Shadow self.” Learning to unmask and heal your  fears,  traumas, and pains of life we keep hidden. This class will take you on a  deep dive to learn the history of Shadow work, what Shadow Work is, and  how to use it to heal yourself in cohorts with the lightwork and  aftercare after your shadow work.
