Shadow Work is a term coined from Carl Jung that has been used long before him to heal one’s “Shadow self.” Learning to unmask and heal your  fears, traumas, and pains of life we keep hidden. This class will take you on a trip into the history of Shadow work, and how to use it to heal yourself in cohorts with the lightwork and aftercare after your shadow, while there are many ways on self healing and trauma work to be used as shadow work, this class shows a basic toolkit to begin adventuring into a journey of healing.
