Welcome to our 8-part Shadow Work series! Every two weeks, we'll explore a new topic and technique to help uncover and address the parts of yourself you might have overlooked. Shadow Work, popularized by Carl Jung, is a practice rooted in spiritual traditions worldwide and also recognized in psychology. It involves bringing to light the aspects of yourself that you might be neglecting, deflecting, or avoiding, and learning to integrate these parts into your whole self.
