Welcome to our 8-part Shadow Work series! Every two weeks, we'll explore a new topic and technique to help uncover and address the parts of yourself you might have overlooked. Shadow Work, popularized by Carl Jung, is a practice rooted in spiritual traditions worldwide and also recognized in psychology. It involves bringing to light the aspects of yourself that you might be neglecting, deflecting, or avoiding, and learning to integrate these parts into your whole self.

In this second class, we'll delve into the often-overlooked aspect of our inner teen and inner child. While much emphasis is placed on our inner child, it's equally important to address our inner adolescent. Each stage of our life brings its own challenges and traumas, and these experiences can influence our actions in subtle ways. Join us as we explore the role of the inner teen and inner child, learn how to understand its impact, and discover ways to work with these crucial parts of ourselves.
