The solstice has always been a time to celebrate and to honor our connection to the inner firepower that keeps us alive.

It’s a time of abundance, filled with the potential for growth.

As the plants of summer grow and provide nourishment for us, it is a time for us to grow and nourish ourselves.

In this ceremony we will be harnessing the power of this day, honoring the goddess Litha, making a special pouch of summer herbs to carry with you and close with a meditation to help keep the spirit of this day glowing within you.
