Plants used in teas offer us so much more than just tasting delicious.

In this class we will learn how to connect with the spirit of the plants used in this specially crafted tea blend made by Patti for this class.

They nourish us, can help us to heal physically and emotionally and also help to bring our body into balance.

After we sip our tea from china cups and saucers and connect with the plants, we will meditate to the soothing vibrations of a crystal singing pyramid.

Tea ceremonies have been used for years to help bring people together so I hope you will join us for this special meditation.

Patti is an apprentice at The School of the Sacred Wild where she is studying plant spirit medicine.
