Description: This workshop is for those ready to open up and heal their crown; their connection to higher powers, and source. We will talk about the Crown chakra and energy center; its origin, function, and purpose, before jumping into a 30 minute meditation. There will be a crystal grid, high-vibrational music, and live crystal singing bowls as Joel guides you on a healing meditation to connect to your crown. There will be time to journal your experience, and discuss your experience as a class after the meditation for those who feel comfortable.
