We will take a deep dive into the heart chakra and its complexities as we connect it to other energy networks and centers. We will talk about day-to-day practices and mindsets that can help heal the heart before going into a healing meditation designed to help move the energy needed to help you achieve your personal goals with the heart chakra. The guided sound bath meditation will feature crystal singing bowls and high-vibrational music to provide as deep of a healing experience as possible!
