The Root Chakra is the energy center most associated with grounding and  is linked to the most physical of energies out of all of the chakras.  This chakra is connected to your self-expression, personability,  sensuality, humility, and presence in the here and now. In this workshop  and meditation we will discuss the Root Chakra and re-examine it using  energy networks and systems in our body. We will explore how to become  more grounded, daily exercises that can be done, and address thoughts  and belief patterns which may be disconnecting you from the world  immediately around you. There will be a special crystal grid dedicated  to this event, and after the workshop we will meditate with it as Joel plays crystal singing bowls and guides you on a journey into your inner realms in search of grounding and healing!
