The Lower Chakras, w/Dawn Starr, on-site and Via Zoom

Thursday December 10th, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Chakras101, The Lower Chakras, w/Dawn Starr, on-site and Via Zoom, $15    In this class we will discuss the first three chakras, the Root Chakra,  the Sacral Chakra, and the Solar Plexus Chakra. Dawn Starr will be  teaching you how to use color, foods, crystals, oils, herbs, activities,  and exercises to open and activate the first three chakras. We will  also discuss what blocks the chakras, and what we can do to heal  ourselves on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level. Please  be prepared to take notes.
