The Power of Body Language with Life Coach Maria  Thursday, October 29th.      6-7 PM $15      I was laughing thinking of Ursula from ‘The Little Mermaid’ when coming up with the idea for this class.    We are so expressive even when we don’t realize it. We can give away  what we are thinking and feeling without saying a word whether it be  intentional or unintentional. That’s powerful!     Body language helps us figure out others intentions in seconds, not  minutes.  We are all little human lie detectors!  Understanding your own  body language is about knowing what you are contributing to a  situation, whether you are meaning to or not. Having the awareness of  how we come across is eye opening.     Yes, even with masks on we are giving clues to how we are thinking and feeling about anything and everything.   Join me in a class that is meant to be insightful and also fun!
