It's important to take time out and allow the body to rest-relax and heal.

In this session you will be walked through a customized mediation-with a grounding, healing crystal and stone grid placed on and around your body. You might see a leaf or two, twig or other earthlyy energies added in your unique grid, channeled by your practitioner. The root chakra singing bowl will be played as you re-connect to Mother Earth, your root, your being.

By re-connecting with your body, it in turn will open up your flow of energy, revitalize you and invigorate your spirit.
