This chakra is connected to pleasure, desire, confidence, shame, fear, pride, and ultimately your ability to be your true self. In this workshop and meditation we will dive into the Sacral chakra and re-examine it using different energy networks and systems to get a deeper understanding of this energy and how exactly it is functioning. We will explore how we can heal our Sacral, daily attitudes and exercises which can help it, and what its function ultimately is.
