Your Sacral Chakra is the home of the creative energies in your body and is responsible for your spiritual roots. It is connected to pleasure, desire, confidence, shame, fear, and pride. In this workshop Joel will discuss the concepts connected to this chakra to give you a deeper understanding of this energy. After the workshop we will begin a guided sound bath meditation featuring high-vibrational healing music, live crystal singing bowls, and a crystal grid dedicated to the energies of this class.
