With communication, most people have heard that they need to connect to their highest truth, and let it flow, but how exactly do we do that? Some cultures believe that the throat chakra is where the soul resides within the body, and that we can understand communication better by looking at our relationship with our emotions and ourselves. It's about balancing our desire to express our love and emotion inside with our need to set healthy boundaries and having proper judgement. In short, the throat chakra, and the energies connected to it, such as Strength and Kindness, can be complex and difficult to understand, but this workshop will simplify the subject in a way that will make it easy to digest. Actually, communicating requires a lot more than just understanding the subject though, which is why we will do a powerful healing meditation to heal how we communicate aided by the music of live crystal singing bowls. In the meditation we will work to clear out any old or stuck energy that is ready to go and call in all the positive energies that can help you moving forward.
