Throughout life we go through different spiritual lessons that test us to our core. It’s during these lessons the shadow self will challenge our peace of mind and clarity. The shadow makes us question our worth, doubt ourselves, and replay wounds of the past. The battle of the shadow often leads to fear, anger, irritability, and stagnation preventing forward movement. Experiencing unwanted repetitive thoughts creeping into the mind can be very draining and cause a sense of anxiousness, but the more we fight our shadow self the stronger it gets. Learning to master this part of ourselves is a gateway to spiritual growth. Through the practice of transcendence, awareness and commitment, personal power can be reclaimed as the shadow self is tamed.

This class will include a guided meditation with an energy clearing and distant energy healing along with exercises and techniques to ease the mind bringing alignment to the mind, body and spirit.
