Title: Trauma Recovery Circle
Date/time: Sunday August 28th 4-5:30pm
Price: $15
We all have trauma in our lives, we do not judge the depth of your traumas and everybody is welcome. This circle is a chance to be around others who understand you, and will include a trauma recovery yoga chair meditation (Try Method) and a discussion. This is an opportunity for you to come and receive support to help you on your healing journey. Whatever is said in this circle, stays in this circle, confidentiality is key.
