This session will include a combination of crystals being laid on the body, tuning forks vibrating through them into your auric field clearing your energy on an even deeper level, followed by Reiki.

When a tuning fork is struck it not only vibrates the fork itself, but  it also vibrates the surrounding air space with the same frequency  sending that impulse into the air which can be harnessed to help  increase our bodies ability to holistically heal.

Combining them with the healing properties of Crystals and Reiki amplifies the healing processes.

Reiki itself is a Japanese technique used to enhance healing of the  physical body, as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual realms or  state of the body. Reiki is used frequently for stress reduction,  relaxation, serenity, well-being, self-esteem, and for faster recovery from illness or injury.
