This Class will cover:

A brief History of Shamanism, Connectedness, Daily Prayer, Smudging, Offerings, Journeying & Directions.

There will be 3 Parts to the Everyday Life Series. Each Class will build upon the next.  Bring a notebook or journal for notes. Dress comfortably. There will be a one-hour lunch break. So, bring your lunch or there are food choices nearby.

Karen Jackson / Painted Raven has been studying and walking a Shamanic Path for over 25 years. It started with her need to find relief from the pain of her life. She utilized the techniques she learned from her teachers to heal and grow. The very same techniques she shares with you. And she still uses them to this day.
