Journey work is the foundation of Shamanism and healing the self, utilizing the Shamanic way. In this class we will be delving deeper into the Spirit World to learn how to seek answers for the self.
We will continue to explore the directions of the Medicine Wheel, communicating with the Elements and journeying for one another.
