Step away from the noise of the outside world and embark on a deeply restorative inner journey through the practice of Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation experience invites you into a state of conscious relaxation where the body rests, the mind softens, and the spirit has space to reconnect with its natural wisdom.
During this class, you will be gently guided through gentle movement, breath awareness, body relaxation, visualization, and meditation practices designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and cultivate inner peace. No yoga experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
