During this process, the practitioner and client enter into a meditative state in which the practitioner journeys into the different worlds to retrieve the pieces of the soul that were lost due to post traumatic events. Thereafter, the individual is able to integrate that part that was lost into their present to bring wholeness and joy into their lives.
