Unplug  yourself from all the external outlets that are creating energy leaks  and draining you of your ability to thrive and be of your best service  to the world. 

This class will be about  energetic cord removal . We will talk about the significance of why it  is important to remove these cords. These could be cords from our  parents, ex lovers, friends, siblings, children or coworkers. These  energetic tethers or cords may feel like they are effecting our lives  still. We will do breath empowerment to clear our subtle energy body and  purge our aura from anything currently cluttering it up. Then we will  do body scans and I will guide you through Gently removing the cords  like fish hooks and releasing them to be healed and transmuted by the  light. We will also go through some simple qigong forms to harness our  life force…
