This beautiful September special is designed to help inspire your inner tree to flow with ease, inspiration, and joy, blissfully rooted and grounded.

We will begin with the clearing energies of sage and salt, and the blessings of palo santo. We will then place grounding stones at your feet, play a root chakra singing bowl, then bring you through a meditation.

Once the meditation has ended, you will receive Reiki. Fall into autumn as your best self
